£60 Annual Membership Fee

It is a requirement for anyone who wishes to attend the Business Golf Group events to become a member by paying an annual membership fee (except for attending as a guest). In return, you will receive several exclusive member invitations and benefits.

For returning members who pay the membership fee for the full year, they will receive:

  • Use of one 4 ball every weekday at Staddon for £24 on a first come, first service basis. Find out more. 
  • Staddon Heights Gold Card for discount in the bar and restaurant (worth £60!).

For brand new members, the Annual Membership Fee is £85. This includes the above benefits and either a black Business Golf Group playing shirt or a 4 ball at Staddon.

There are two individual playing options which are payable in addition to the membership fee as follows:

Annual Golf Pass: £200

Available until 1st April 2026.

The Annual Golf Pass covers all your golf green fees for the twelve (2nd Friday of the month) Business Golf Group meetings. For those joining after the 1st April 2026, green fees will be paid on a ‘Pay as You Play’ basis.

The Annual Golf Pass and membership fee is a total of £260.

2026 Early Bird Offer – save £20! Buy an Annual Golf Pass and membership by Thursday 8th Jan 2026, and save £20. Pay just £240.

NB. If you are a fully paid member of Staddon Heights Golf Club, then your Business Golf Group green fees are included within your Staddon membership. The only thing to pay will be your £60 individual membership fee if you’re a returning member or £85 for brand new members.

Or Pay as You Play: £20 per round

Our ‘Pay as You Play’ option is most suited for those members who can only make a handful of meetings. The Pay as You Play fee is payable in advance of each meeting.

You must still be a paid-up Business Golf Group member to ‘Pay as You Play’.

The T’s and C’s

  • Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December.
  • The membership fee covers running costs including use of VPAR, marketing and comms, prizes and admin.
  • Membership will ONLY be for the named individual and is not transferable.
  • A Pro Rata rate will be applied to anyone joining midway through the year.

Becoming a member

1. Complete the membership form

If you would like to become a member of the Business Golf Group and haven’t previously been a member, please use the link below to complete a membership form.

If you are a returning member and have therefore previously completed a membership form, simply email contact@businessgolfgroup.co.uk or message Clare (07910 294629) to confirm you’d like to join in 2026 and will either purchase the Annual Golf Pass or ‘Pay as You Play’.

2. Make payment using bank transfer

Then make the relevant payment to the following account by bank transfer and use your name as reference:

3. Let us know you’ve paid

Once payment has been made, please email contact@businessgolfgroup.co.uk or message Clare (07910 294629) to confirm payment and once verified you will receive a receipt of payment and will be added to the Business Golf Group Members WhatsApp group.

NB. If you have become a member and paid the full joining fee, you can apply for a Staddon Heights Golf Club Gold Card for a discount in the bar and restaurant. Simply complete this form, write ‘Business Golf Group Member’ on the top of the form and send it to Staddon Heights by post or email, or hand it into the office when you’re next at Staddon.
