Away Days
We’ve planned a selection of ‘Away Days’ at other courses throughout the year that you can sign up to and put in your diary.
Booking process
Places will be limited and operate on a first come first served basis to Business Golf Group members only and payment secures your spot! If there are still spaces at any event with 2 months to go, we will open these up to guests.
You can sign up and pay for Away Days as soon as you are a paid-up Business Golf Group member for 2025 (guests can book and pay closer to the away day date). Please complete a bank transfer using the same account as detailed in the membership section and don’t forget to use your name and the trip as the reference. Once paid, please send Ashley Smith a message (07914 420739).
When the spots are gone, they are gone so do book soon!

Thurlestone Golf Club
Our first Away Day of 2025 took place in May at Thurlestone Golf Club. We enjoyed coffee and a bacon roll before 18 holes of golf in beautiful weather. Afterwards we enjoyed a 1-course meal. Congratulations to Ben Stirling for winning the day and breaking some Business Golf Group records! Hopefully, we’ll be back at Thurlestone for another away day in the future.

Whitsand Bay
Our June Away Day saw the Business Golf Group take on the challenges of Whitsand Bay Golf Course on a windy day! We were joined by several guests who enjoyed the round along with the bacon roll and coffee beforehand, and a meal after.

Bigbury Golf Club
For our final away day of 2025, 16 of us played at Bigbury Golf Club and enjoyed coffee and a bacon roll before, and a meal after. The sun was shining and records were broken with one of our players scoring 11 under their handicap! What a round! Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

Autumn Tour to The Forest of Arden
We’re excited to have secured our Autumn Tour for 2025 to The Forest of Arden.
What was included in the tour?
